Your money
Is my money safe?
Yes. Every sale is paid by the marketplace straight into your own bank account, so it never passes through us. Stock is bought on your own card. We never hold your money.
How are orders placed?
When an item sells, our team buys it from the supplier with your card, which is saved in your own buying account, and it's sent straight to your buyer with tracking. We never see or store your full card number.
How do I pay your share?
You get a statement at the start of each month showing every order, every cost and our share. Pay our share by whichever payment method suits you. In a month with no profit, you pay nothing.
How much do I need to start?
You can start dropshipping with as little as £500. A bigger budget lets us list and sell more. With a new account we start slowly, to keep it in good standing with the marketplace.
Can you guarantee sales or profit?
No, and nobody honestly can. What we promise is the work: products found and checked, every order sent, every buyer answered and your account looked after. In a month with no profit, our share is £0.
Your account
How do you get into my account?
You set up a private remote computer (a VPS) and sign in to your seller account on it, then give our team access to that computer. Your account is always used from the same place, and you can change the VPS password whenever you like.
Who owns my shop?
You do. Your shop, listings and customers stay in your name. With full management, you own the stock too.
Do I need a business account or VAT?
You'll need a business seller account. VAT registration only comes in once your sales go over the UK VAT threshold (currently £90,000 a year).
Which countries do you work with?
We manage shops in the UK, USA, Germany, France and many more countries. Just ask.
What if a brand reports a listing or my account gets a warning?
Every product is brand-checked before it's listed, and we watch your account's health every day. If something does go wrong, we handle the appeal.
Working with us
Is there a contract or set-up fee?
Store management has no set-up fee; full management is quoted for your shop. It's monthly, and you can cancel any time. Shops take time to build, so we suggest giving it 3 to 5 months.
What will I see?
You can sign in any time to see every order, what it sold for, what it cost and what you made. Each month you get a statement, and it never changes once it's sent. A late refund goes on the next one.
Who does the work?
A growing team of 20+ people in the UK and abroad. Our AI tools work in the background, watching prices and stock and checking listings, and they never log in to your account.
What happens to my buyers' details?
We use them only to send orders and handle returns, and we clear them after the order is done, as our privacy policy sets out.
Who handles returns and refunds?
We do. Refunds come out of the month's figures before our share is worked out.
